As an RIBA registered practice we provide all services within the RIBA workstages A-L; Inception to Completion. Our Directors have a broad Curriculum-Vitae with hands-on experience of many different projects in a variety of locations; from dense, urban sites to open countryside. These include in no particular order:

  • Individual private houses: Country and city
  • Renovation, repair & extension of Listed dwellings
  • Civic buildings; Offices & Art galleries
  • Commercial offices and warehouses
  • Rural building conversions

  • Local sports facilities

For the uninitiated the procurement of most building projects can broadly be split into 3 stages. All projects are of course different and we can discuss the procurement strategy with you at the feasibility stage. (We have a good working-knowledge of most traditional and Design & Build JCT Forms of Contract).
